Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (Ebooks & Downloadable Materials)

  • All ebooks, templates, and digital downloads are non-refundable once access or download has been granted.

  • Due to the nature of digital content, refunds cannot be provided after the product has been delivered to the customer’s account or email.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, we will provide full support or replacement files.

2. Training & Coaching Services

  • Refund requests for paid training or coaching must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled once at no additional cost.

  • If MOP Global LTD cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or alternative date.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered where:

  • The product was not delivered due to a technical fault on our side

  • The content provided is significantly different from the description

  • Duplicate payments were made in error

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Order number

  • Reason for request

  • Proof of payment


We respond within 3 working days.
