Refund Policy
1. Digital Products (Ebooks & Downloadable Materials)
All ebooks, templates, and digital downloads are non-refundable once access or download has been granted.
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds cannot be provided after the product has been delivered to the customer’s account or email.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, we will provide full support or replacement files.
2. Training & Coaching Services
Refund requests for paid training or coaching must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled once at no additional cost.
If MOP Global LTD cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or alternative date.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered where:
The product was not delivered due to a technical fault on our side
The content provided is significantly different from the description
Duplicate payments were made in error
